Shipping policy

All items are shipped from Prague, Czech Republic.

For shipping to most European Union countries, we use Zásilkovna (Packeta), which partners with local carriers in each destination country. This means the specific shipping provider will vary depending on the country. For orders outside the EU, we primarily use FedEx.

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees.

Markéta Paints is not responsible for any customs clearance fees, import taxes, or additional charges imposed by the destination country’s customs authorities or mail carriers. These fees are not grounds for a refund, as they are beyond our control and cannot be reliably predicted.

By placing an order, the buyer acknowledges that additional import fees may apply and agrees that payment of these fees is the buyer’s responsibility.
